We provide some of our clients with a 24-7-365 callout service with the assurance of attendance within two hours from receipt of the call.

Planned Maintenance
Scheduled planned preventive maintenance is far preferable and more cost efficient than an emergency callout scenario when a critical item has failed. At David Pearce Electrical we have the experience and expertise to assist you in reviewing your working environment. We can verify that the electrical installation is suitable for the application of use, the electrical products and accessories are appropriate and that they are in good resilient order. The completion of this inspection in conjunction with routine inspection and testing will greatly maximise your resilience to circuit or product failure.

We offer our commercial clients a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year emergency callout service. When this is required we draft a bespoke service and retention level agreement to ensure that the electrical help you may need is only a telephone call away, at any time, on any day 24-7-365.

High Voltage Maintenance
At David Pearce Electrical we have a close working relationship with a specialist High Voltage (11,000 volts) contractor. Many of our clients who have a private 11kV transformer and sub-main installations within their premises, ask us to implement the maintenance requirements of this critical infrastructure as part of our ‘whole works maintenance package’.

Thermographic Surveys
Thermal Imaging is an important diagnostic tool, producing infrared or "heat" pictures which detect hot spots within an electrical system. Using a thermal imaging camera, our engineers (in accordance with BS EN 13187 and ISO 6781) can take a detailed look at electrical systems to determine potential disruptive faults such as loose connections and load imbalances.

Emergency Lighting Maintenance
To remain compliant and fully operational, emergency lighting product must be discharge tested on a regular basis. David Pearce Electrical can complete this service for you and the completion of any resulting rectification work such as tube, lamp and battery replacements.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
Our qualified and professional engineers test and inspect electrical portable appliances to check for defects which could be a potential hazard to the safety of the site staff. Our work is supported by our comprehensive compliance document which details the work carried out and test results measured. We also issue an asset register detailing the remedial repairs carried out as required.
