David Pearce Electrical was appointed the chosen contractor by Mr Wilson to specify, install & commission the required single phase electric vehicle charging point at his domestic dwelling in Warwickshire.
About The Project
It was a pleasure to be a part of carrying out the electric vehicle charging installation works at this beautiful stone property in the heart of the Cotswolds. With the fantastic character of property we was tasked with project managing the civil engineering works with the electrical project to provide the client with a turn-key solution. During the design stage we were able to provide the client with a proposal that not only addressed the customer's initial requirements but also offered a 'future proof' installation for any additional car charging outlets that maybe required at a later date. This was achieved by installing a sub-main supply that offers loading capacity for the client's future plans. As an approved OLEV installer David Pearce Electrical were able to complete the installation of an approved vehicle charging point taking advantage of the Electric Vehicle Home Charge Scheme Grant Funding, providing £500 towards the installation costs.
