David Pearce Electrical was appointed the chosen contractor by Sapcote Parish Council to provide an electrical connection to the local defibrillators within the village of Sapcote.
We started the process by visiting site to review and inspect the requirements of the clients defibrillators. Due to the complexities of the installation we were able to design and install a bespoke solution for the two defibrillators. The defibrillator located on the external brickwork of the playing field Pavilion building, required the installation of a 230 volt supply via a dedicated electrical circuit. To retain a compliant electrical installation with the adopted telephone booth defibrillator, we were able to install a class II 24V DC power supply and enclosure. As the existing local supply was without an earthing connection, we had to ensure the new supply remained safe and resilient for future users. After carrying out the required electrical tests upon completion, we were able to issue the relevant certification to our client.
